James Warrick Coach
James is an experienced Coach and Coach Trainer. He has a Masters in Coaching and has been an internal coach at a mid-size company. He coach’s professionals, managers, entrepreneurs, and people who want more for their life and business. James teaches in a Graduate level coaching program and trains leaders in the skills of coaching. He is credentialed with the International Coaching Federation and is energized by helping teams and individuals find clarity, discover their possibility, and move forward in action. Bill Howard Coach
Bill has a passion for coaching and leadership development. He speaks in corporations and leads coach certification classes for the beginner all the way to the Masters Degree level. Bill challenges people to dream great dreams and to set monumental goals. He then provides the encouragement, guidance and support needed for success. Bill’s passion is to help people cast off mediocrity and excel to their greatest potential in both their personal and professional lives. Bill lives outside Columbia, South Carolina with his wife and three sons.
Serena Coles Business Developer
Serena is focused on Take Flight’s clients. Being a team builder and an entrepreneur she is passionate about the effect that coaching has on people and organizations. Serena is an experienced educator and leads the way in developing coach training events. She connects people into coaching and facilitates training business leaders in the powerful skills of coaching.
